What do the invitations include?Each wedding invitation comes with a matching envelope, unless your design does not require it. To know exactly what each product includes, carefully review the description on each product sheet. Some invitations may also include sash, twine or other accessories. We're here to make sure you have all the details you need for your big day!

Can I remove any element from the invitation?If any of our packs include any element that doesn't quite fit you, contact us! We are here to personalize your experience and adjust the pack according to your preferences. Whether it's swapping out elements or adjusting the price of the invitation, we'll work with you to make sure every detail is perfect for your big day.

How to buy wedding invitations?STEP 1: Once you have selected the model you like best, choose from the free configuration options available. You can also add extras such as bows, labels, stamps and much more! Remember that these extras are per unit, so you must add as many as there are invitations. STEP 2: Proceed with payment. Within 24 to 72 business hours, we will contact you to personalize the invitation with your information and preferences. Afterwards, we will send you a digital sketch for your final approval.

I made a mistake when placing my order, can I modify it?No problem! If your product is personalized, we will contact you to gather all the details. Just tell us what modifications you want to make, and we'll fine-tune everything before starting production. Once production has started, changes cannot be made. For non-personalized products, such as envelopes, we can make modifications as long as the order has not left our facilities. We are here to make sure everything is perfect for you!

Can I cancel my order?Once the purchase is completed, you have the option to cancel or modify your order within the next 7 calendar days, as long as it is not in production or has been shipped. This is applicable in the following cases: If you have entered any incorrect information. If you selected the wrong model or product. If you simply want to cancel the order. Please contact us immediately or call us at 689373599, providing the order reference number and detailing the problem. We will do our best to help you. Remember that it can only be canceled or modified if the order is not yet in production or has not been shipped. Otherwise, the order cannot be canceled or modified.

How much time should I order wedding invitations?The sooner the better. The time it takes from when you start looking for the perfect invitation to when you have it in your hands usually varies between one and four months, depending on the design you choose, the complexity and the level of customization. The pre-print process is a beautiful stage, but sometimes it can take time (with sketches, possible adjustments and feedback). Therefore, we advise you not to leave the choice of your invitations to the last minute.

Can I request a quote before confirming an order?Of course, we are happy to help you with your order! Whether you are not sure how to order with the website or if you have specific needs, contact us through our email to prepare a personalized quote. Your satisfaction is our priority and we are here to adapt to your specific needs.

Return invitations and personalized itemsOnce you have contracted your order with customization, you can cancel it without any additional cost before providing the information required for the personalization of the contracted elements. Once you have submitted the necessary information, we will proceed with the design of your order. If you decide to cancel it before giving OK to the digital sketch and confirming production, the full import will be refunded, with a deduction of 50% of the budget to cover administrative costs and design hours. After confirmation of the draft in PDF format to start production, order cancellation will no longer be available. Please note that we will not issue refunds if you receive stationery with spelling errors or incorrect information. For this reason, it is essential that you carefully review the information provided and the draft in PDF format before giving your approval.
